This fall attorney Sarah E. Toney will be speaking at the Illinois State Bar Association's 9th Annual Solo and Small Firm Conference, held October 3 - 5, 2013 in Itasca, Illinois. Ms. Toney will be presenting two continuing legal education seminar programs during the three-day conference.
Ms. Toney will be speaking with Judge Thomas Schippers on issues of criminal, traffic and DUI law, discussing the impact of drugs & alcohol on clients' records, explaining the steps involved from a client's arrest to possible expungement.
Attorney Toney is also set to present the segment "Land Mines in Opening Your Own Practice: What You Should Not Do," drawing on her years of experience starting and successfully running her own firm.
